We love to travel and enjoy as much of the local culture as possible. The picture to the left is from us visiting wine country in Hermann, Missouri. We stayed at a fantastic bed and breakfast on the hillside with great sunsets and panoramic views of the city. That got us thinking - why couldn't we own something like that.

We live in Kansas City but have always enjoyed visiting Branson. Our kids are in Fayetteville and we have family in Oklahoma and Iowa so it's a perfect central location to gather. Plus Branson has the three things we love best - the lake, live music and a great theme park all in one place.

We chose this property because it is a very rare 3-bedroom condo right on the lake. It has a great lake view and direct access to the water. Rare to have both. Only 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City - the opposite direction from the traffic getting to the park. It's also in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of town. It has been a very popular VRBO destination for many years even prior to us owning the property.
